We have implemented an aggressive ordering system that will minimize delays. All stocked orders are shipped within 24 hours. If we get your order by 1PM PST and it is in stock, it will be shipped the same day. If your order is post 1PM PST we will try to get it shipped on the same day otherwise it will be the following day. We ship across Canada and shipping can take 1 – 7 days.
Free shipping is only for items you buy and keep. If you return an item that is not defective, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the return (including shipping, repacking, and insurance), and the initial outbound shipping charge (including shipping, handling, and insurance) will be deducted from your refund if an item that shipped for free is returned. Approved Warranty items will be replaced and not refunded.
Freight is based on weight which is estimated to be around 10% - 25% of value of goods. The heavier the shipment, the percentage will be less. Rate quotes are available. We use Purolator, Greyhound and Canada Post. We have managed to get preferential rates and we charge this rate plus packaging to minimize your freight cost. Rates are subject to change without notice.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. If you are a registered member and do not have this information and would still like to track your package, log into your account and use the Order Number from your original order confirmation email to track your package. Please allow 2 - 4 business days between placing your order and using the tracking tool.I tracked my order and got the message "In Transit." What does that mean? If you tracked your order on our website and received the message that your order is "in transit," this simply means that your order is being processed for shipment, or that the tracking information has not been updated with the shipping carrier yet. It typically takes 2 - 4 business days for the carrier to receive our tracking information.
