The econo mat is a great mat for any training facility. Each mat measures 3'3" by 3'3" or 10 square feet with a thickness of 20mm (+/- 2mm @ 21C/70F). The econo mat is ideal for stand up fighting arts. We really don't recommend these mats for throwing and break falls, as the density does not allow for maximum impact absorption, although minor grappling is allowed.
