The Judo mat is the ideal mat for Judo and grappling based arts. These mats have been used at all the grappling events for the last ten years. Each mat measures 40mm (+/- 2mm @ 21C/70F) thick by 3'3" by 3'3" or 10.97 square feet. This mat is reversible so that you can create unique rings and training areas. We don't recommend that you conduct stand up fighting (i.e. kicking) on these mats as they are too soft. Performing throws and take downs is no problem.
