The standard puzzle mat is our premier puzzle mat. Measuring 24mm (+/- 2mm @ 21C/70F) thick with a multiple density foam, each mat measures 3'3" by 3'3" or 10 square feet. While re recommend that the premier be used for stand up style fighting arts, the unique foam allows for break falls and grappling.
